Solid Construction

Made to withstand grueling engine conditions, Stainless Works exhaust and headers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel, which not only resist corrosion, but is more durable than its aluminized steel or 409 stainless steel counterparts.

Make It Your Own With Custom Options

Our Charger Systems give you options to pick what's right for you, and make the setup as seamless as possible. Choose from catted or offroad header leads to suit your needs, and connect to the factory manifolds on either end or combine for a full Stainless Works system.

Factory Connect

Allows our headers or exhaust to easily bolt to the factory exhaust or manifolds respectively. They connect to the factory location which is necked-down to accommodate fitment.

Performance Connect

Designed to take advantage of performance gains not possible with the standard factory connection point. Both SW headers and SW exhaust are used in this configuration. In the case of the Charger, we’ve developed a system which uses an X-pipe to create a true-dual system which doesn’t neck-down or crimp like the factory exhaust.

Integrated Valve Functionality

For 6.2L and 6.4L Models
Later models of the 6.2L and 6.4L Dodge Charger come standard with an active exhaust, that uses valves which operate in conjunction with various driving modes. We have developed our own 3" high-flow valve technology to retain the functionality of this valve while maintaining the full 3" diameter of our system.
