We design Redline systems to maximize the volume and tone of the engine, while still eliminating any drone in the cabin. Resulting in a feeling that will make you want to high-five your friends in the face.

The Legend Series

Our Legend series is designed to create our signature growl, increase volume over stock, yet maintain a comfortable cabin environment.

We design Legend systems with the daily-driver in mind, improved tone with restrained loudness. A system that still gets the blood flowing, but allows for a comfortable ride.

Our Tahoe & Yukon exhaust and header systems are modular and available in multiple configurations. Available options include Legend and Redline sound levels and factory and performance connection points.

Solid Construction

Made to withstand grueling engine conditions, Stainless Works exhaust and headers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel, which not only resist corrosion, but is more durable than its aluminized steel or 409 stainless steel counterparts.

Choose Your Connection

Stainless Works Tahoe & Yukon systems come in two configurations: Factory Connect and Performance Connect.

Factory Connect

Allows our headers or exhaust to easily bolt to the factory exhaust or manifolds respectively. They connect to the factory location which includes an exhaust Y-Pipe to accommodate fitment.

Performance Connect

Designed to take advantage of performance gains not possible with the standard factory connection point. Both SW headers and SW exhaust are used in this configuration.

Increased Power

Factory manifolds can be restrictive and hold back the true potential of your ride. Stainless Works' systems unlock the power of your engine. Our long tube, free-flowing design reduces back pressure, and will bring new found power that you can feel and hear.
