Unlock the full potential of your 2004–07 Chevy/GMC 3/4 Ton and 1 Ton Trucks with the 8.1L Vortec V8 with premium long tube headers from Stainless Works. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow and made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

Features 1-7/8" or 2" primary tubes and 3" collectors, connecting to factory head pipe and factory catalytic converters. Headers are fully TIG welded and back purged for strength and durability.

Bare Headers will fit Tahoe/Avalanche. Leads will require modification to fit.

Does NOT fit lifted vehicles due to the driveshaft angle change that will hit the driver side header crossing over.

Will these headers fit my 2004–07 8.1L Silverado or Sierra?
Yes. These long tube headers are designed for the 2004–2007 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 trucks with the 8.1L Vortec V8. They also fit Suburban 2500 and Avalanche 2500 models with the 8.1L. See the Fitment Information section for important notes about lifted vehicles and Tahoe/Avalanche modifications.
What primary tube sizes are available?
You can choose between 1-7/8" or 2" primary tubes depending on your build. Both options feature 3" collectors and connect to factory head pipes and catalytic converters.
Will these headers fit a lifted truck?
No. These headers do not fit lifted vehicles due to the driveshaft angle change that will hit the driver side header crossing over.
