Improve the sound and performance of your 2003–11 Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis 4.6L 2V with premium long tube headers from Stainless Works. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow and made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

Starting with CNC cut 3/8" thick flanges into 1-5/8" diameter primaries with 3" slip-fit collectors and 2-1/2" diameter catted lead pipes to fit the flanged factory connection point. This system is designed to connect seamlessly to your factory exhaust.

Built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded for strength and durability — engineered for long-term performance.
