Overview

Unlock the full potential of your 2003–06 Chevy or GMC Truck 6.0L with premium long tube headers from Stainless Works. These headers come with an air tube fitting on the primary and 1-3/4" primaries that flow into 2-1/2" slip-fit collectors with O2 bungs welded into the collector that flow into 2-1/2" high-flow catalytic converters.

Designed specifically for the 6.0L Vortec engine, this system includes high-temp RTV silicone and an 8mm Header Bolt Kit for a complete bolt-on installation.

Built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio — engineered for long-term performance.
