Overview

Improve the power and performance of your 2004–08 Ford F-150 5.4L with premium long tube headers from Stainless Works. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow and made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

Starting with 3/8" thick flanges welded to 1-3/4" primaries, these headers flow into slip-fit collectors with an integrated merge spike. Finally they finish into high-flow catalytic converters for maximum performance and emissions compliance.

Built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio — engineered for long-term performance.
